This wiki contains more in depth information about configuration parameters. Note that executing com-train --help, com-predict --help, dannce-train --help, or dannce-predict --help in terminal will print out all relevant parameter definitions, for quick reference when running DANNCE.
The easiest way to configure DANNCE is via the base config files in ./configs/ and the project-specific io.yaml files. However, DANNCE configuration can also be modified at the command line by using the optional argument flags outlined in --help.
