Shipping Procedures

All packages must be dropped off at the main office (FSH 116) by 2PM if you wish them to ship the same day.
- Domestic and international shipping forms are available in the FSH mail room.
- Fill out form.
- Give sealed package and completed form to the front desk person in FSH 116.
Available outside of Biochemistry Stores (Health Sciences J-014)
