Implements a test report panel as shown in https://issues.jboss.org/browse/DROOLS-2707
Note: Some differences in appearance resulting from standard patternfly definition list and chart.
Tab controls on the right are just there for convenience but should use whatever is used globally.
Chart width will have to be set by javascript dynamically to fit the space.
