The process has definetely been quicker from our side. The first calls and reviewing coding challenges are conducted just in a few days, depending also on the availability of the candidate. As the process is quicker and we have a more complete guide, the candidates are more excited and motivated.
Through Developer Community, the candidates who see us on Twitter and apply at source{d} seem to be more relevant as well as motivated - we have a better-communicated technology.
Used Kaggle job board for a month, a lot of applicants for ML, not great fit though.
For the Gain feedback from the candidates for the hiring process here as well will be applied the form that @gomesfernanda has created in Q3.
