An outline of the prelim document must be created to define the scope of the prelim. This will include an outline of content, desired results, and document structure.

I've added outlines for the chapters on linear and nonlinear problems. These will serve as a fundamental overview of the material required to develop the new methods.

I've added chapters for the new work: parallel MCSA and FANM. For the prelim, these should outline the theory required for each and provide details on how each will be achieved. I may have serial FANM results near prelim time to potentially add.

Paul has provided me with Rachel's prelim and a link to here github for the dissertation https://github.com/nuceraccoon/RNS_Thesis

I'll use this as an outline for content and scope. I've added a chapter for the research proposal.

I have finished the initial outline of the document. Chapters, sections, and some subsections have been outlined. At the beginning of each chapter, I give a reasoning for the chapter and what I see being its contents. You can build the prelim by moving into doc/prelim/document and do 'make all'.
