Beta Controller Support (.net7 dependend)

This release is much smaller but needs .net runtime files (I guess) 🙈

Beta Controller Support (Standalone)

Controller is implemented by pressing the RightThumb-Joystick and move it Up or Down inside the area before the panning begins.

Currently not working with Steam Link Controller. (Only with Virtual Here)
