On-the fly decryption of pkg without temporary file creation in unpack mode. Support of zRIF and hex-encoded klicensee. Correct creation of head.bin and tail.bin. Some bugfixes (like support for PKGs>4GB in 32bit mode)
Depends on static zlib.
Updated README.md to reflect actual information.
Affected unpacking of large PKGs.
