…ot fill In the middle of the agent asking a question, we shouldn't change dialogue handler unless we're absolutely sure that the user is abandoning the current question.
We're not really expecting anything. Setting expecting === null allows bing to intervene at the next command, and also makes it consistent with faq_reply(about_almond_how_are_you), which also ends with "How can I help you?"
