Code currently not working. I tried to add an option for a second confidence interval to be plotted.

I tried to add the option
alpha2to allow a second argument for the confidence intervals to be plotted. Caution: Code not working so far.Basically I added an option
alpha2and tried to make the code as similar as possible toalpha. For some reason, however, there seems to be a problem withlb_alpha2andub_alpha2. I thought I share what I have done, maybe you find the solution. I thought that the largeralphavalue should be plotted with a biggersize(see line 183) to make both confidence intervals distinguishable.
