I am a senior transport modeller and an active developer of MATSim, a leading open-source framework dedicated to the simulation of transport systems. My involvement with MATSim spans from contributing to its core development, enhancing its functionality, to advocating for its adoption in solving real-world transportation problems. Through this work, I strive to push the boundaries of how we understand and improve mobility in urban and regional contexts, leveraging MATSim's powerful capabilities to model complex transportation scenarios and devise sustainable solutions.
