Feature Request: Improvements for checking valid addresses

What problem does your feature solve?

To try to help users from sending to malicious or unsafe accounts, we can check the sending address against a list of known malicious or unsafe addresses before sending any lumens. Stellar.expert keeps a file of these addresses we can check against.

What would you like to see?

At any time before sending funds to an account, check the sending address against the list at stellar.expert for address status.

• If an address is marked as malicious, don't let the transaction go through.
• If an address is marked as unsafe, show a warning message.

During these validations all fields and the confirm button should be disabled.

What alternatives are there?

We can choose not to implement these suggestions, however we feel this change is helpful for the community and any users of the account viewer when sending funds.
