deleted and generated new package-lock.json file.
not sure if this lockfile downgrade is gonna help. will be trying different things if it's not
I'm not planning to merge this PR. just need something to trigger builds, don't want to create a mess in master_dev branch. maybe it's better to change base branch to master_dev.. not sure
