newer versions of activemerchant now require the Money gem, which conflicts with the Money class provided by this gem.

There is yet another money gem here to muddy the waters further.

still deciding on a new name. The current frontrunner is MCMoney. Nothing generic like 'Cash' or 'Currency'.

alternately we can scope it to a module but that creates extra verbosity.
