This pull adds the wallet manager screen.
Extensive code documentation is provided within this pull. A core objective enforced as a constraint within this pull was the concept of code as a reusable vehicle. A lot of previous abstractions were reused within this pull and more emphasis was laid on keeping code more data-oriented.
