Compile using make, depends on clang, make, libsqlite3-dev, and some boost libraries I'm researching
gcc can be easily substituted...

Compile on windows by adding the win32 folder to your path and running make in the main folder.
About the windows libraries, I'm still figuring out how to get that to work, though I do not use windows.
