App Lock / Security Key Config Not Saving

From: steven.o.jeffries@proton.me - I turn on App Lock and enable and register a Yubikey security key and disable username password and the settings are all there with a green check by the security key setting. But if I close and reopen the browser I'm prompted for email, password and authenticator code and when I check the settings all the App Lock settings are gone.
