[BUG] Inconsistent Language Settings Issue After Restarting the Application

I've encountered an issue with the language settings in the ChatALL application.

Despite setting the language preference to English, the interface displays in Simplified Chinese, and vice versa. The language change seems to work initially, but the settings do not persist after restarting the application.

To Reproduce / 复现步骤

1. Open the ChatALL application.
2. Navigate to the language settings.
3. Set the language to English.
4. Observe that the interface is displayed in Simplified Chinese.
5. Restart the application.
6. The language setting shows English, but the interface remains in Simplified Chinese.

Please note that the issue can be a little bit different on different computers; I didn't find the pattern of which language will persist after restarting the application.

Expected behavior / 期望行为

When the language is set to English or any other supported language, the interface should be displayed in English or the corresponding language, and this setting should persist across application restarts.
