Describe the bug

When trying to search with eFar i get
seq-subseq: Bad bounding indices: 0, -5
Error running timer: (error "Bad bounding indices: 0, -5")

The error shows up in the minibuffer and the Messages buffer, otherwise the search actually works
It's still annyoing

Otherwise GREAT program .... Thx.

To Reproduce

Press start search in current directory - "M-f7"

Desktop (please complete the following information):

thanks a lot for bug reporting! And sorry for long waiting for the fix.

The fix delivered to the master branch in GitHub. Updated package should be available in Melpa soon.

Would appreciate if you give a feedback whether issue is solved.

Cheers,
Vladimir
