Usage HUD: see Grok CLI usage in the Mac menu bar, next to Claude, Codex, Gemini and Ollama

I run a few coding-agent subscriptions and kept guessing which window to spend next and when each one resets. So I built a native macOS menu-bar HUD.

What it does:

• One bar per provider (Grok, Claude, Codex, Gemini, Ollama), the reset time, and a freshness stamp.
• Grok and Gemini numbers come from their quota state. Codex comes from local session logs, labeled as local telemetry, not billing. Claude comes from the same usage endpoint Claude Code's own /usage panel reads. Ollama is exact token counts from its logs.
• Every number carries a confidence label (official, high, medium, manual) with a one-line reason, and a codex-usage-doctor command explains when a number should not be trusted. The trust model took longer to get right than the UI.
• Everything stays on your Mac. No account, no telemetry.

Honest disclosure: this is my app and it is paid, $9 one-time (launch price through Sep 30, then $15), Developer ID signed and notarized. If you only need Codex and CodexBar already works for you, you do not need this. Usage HUD is for people juggling several providers who want to know which numbers to trust.
