Steps to reproduce

  1. Join a server where the game is about to end (so that the spectate/TV icon is still visible)
  2. Focus on it with keyboard, press enter to click on it, it will refuse spectating because the game is about to end
  3. Press enter again quickly while not changing focus, it will "press the absent button" but trigger the server configuration menu

Description

Clicking the menu buttons does nothing because the server state is different but it's confusing anyway.
