A basic frontend with a Bootstrap base.

For now it is not decided yet if we will do parts with some modern Js lib like vue, alpine, etc.. At least we start with HTML screens to mockup the needs.

Some work have been done on 0.5.0 and some more will come with 0.6.0. Actually no modern js library is needed yet.
