added working webpack example

This is a working example of the REPL for others to use as a starting point for their project.

Output/srcdoc/styles.css and Output/srcdoc/index.js are pre-built and don't need to be added to the Output/srcdoc folder since I kept getting errors whenever I tried to build them using the npm scripts.

The workers folder is also already moved into the public folder, so those errors looking for the workers folder aren't popping up either.

We're still working out in #118 how we want to present these example apps, but we don't want to be duplicating all of the REPL source in the example - it should just be referred to relatively at its current location.
