A solution compatible with Markdown Extended

When using this extension with Markdown Extended, there will be a conflict, which makes the preview function of memo unavailable. By reading other documents, I found that this is caused by the kbd function in Markdown Extended. To make the two extensions work together, Need to add "markdownExtended.disabledPlugins": "kbd" in settings.json. If possible, can you add this prompt in readme.md.
