Can the the lang path be postfixed instead of prefixed #10

Hugo currentl puts the lang as a prefix to path ,i.e site/en/page. It would be nicer for the url to have it as a suffix instead, site/page/en or alike

Currently not possible in Hugo. A feature proposal has been added to hugo. gohugoio/hugo#9663
