Headers with _ are stripped by some web servers.

I see apiKey was used in

swagger-petstore/src/main/java/io/swagger/petstore/controller/PetController.java

Line 103 in b8e2f32

    
           public ResponseContext deletePet(final RequestContext request, final String apiKey, final Long petId) {

, I assume it would also be OK when using api-key , but I don't know how to verify this
