This will not change the layout on any screen over 720px. This doesn't reflow or hide any elements so it starts to get ugly at extremely small widths. It should work fine for most mobile devices.
I realize that you eventually want a make a better mobile solution as mentioned in issue #7, but I'm on vacation now and this makes the current interface usable on my phone. Feel free to reject; I did this for my own benefit. Tested on my Nokia Lumia 710 (Windows Phone 7.5).
