This is the compiled file with the upstream changes from ledger monero release tag 1.3.1. It has been tested to be working with both CLI and GUI of the 3.0 release of swap.

1.3.1 IS NO LONGER COMPATIBLE WITH THE 2.8 RELEASE OF SWAP
