Permalink page multiwallet doesn't load or work

The Permalink page multiwallet isn't working and doesn't load page at all.

I keep getting message of loading page; however, page never loads.

I believe this template has a potential defect or bug that preventing the page and plug-in from working.

Please review and advise.

Steps to reproduce

I've attempted to inactivate and reactivate the plug-in to see if it would fix the issue.

Unfortunately, this course of action did not work.
