The license file added with #64 is not distributed.

Therefore it needs to be added to the MANIFEST.in as e.g. here:
https://github.com/pypa/sampleproject/blob/d09af3dbd851d385e56f0aed29875bfa3d3df230/MANIFEST.in#L6-L7
