Uses PRAW to get submissions that redirect to arXiv.org posted to /r/arXiv_Plus and uses urllib2 to read external links. The bot then scrapes arXiv.org/abs/ links to extract flair using bs4. The bot then assigns a topic flair to the aforementioned submission.
