OrderTest has 59 public methods: 58 named test* and one left with the PhpSpec
style it_returns_a_sum_of_all_order_promotion_adjustments... name. The file
carries no @test annotation and no #[Test] attribute, so PHPUnit never
collected that one. The suite reported 58 tests.
Renaming it to the file's convention surfaced two faults inside it:
The second unit adjustment block configured $orderUnitAdjustment1 a second time
instead of $orderUnitAdjustment2, so the -20 adjustment contributed nothing and
the total came out -1350 against the expected -1370.
Six getType() expectations never matched, because getAdjustmentsTotalRecursively
only calls isNeutral() and getAmount() on the adjustments reached through the
items. The neighbouring testShouldNotIncludeShippingPromotionAdjustmentInOrder
PromotionTotal sets getType only on the adjustment held by the order itself,
which is the one place it is called.
getOrderPromotionTotal() is correct and unchanged. The component suite goes
from 1025 tests and 3679 assertions to 1026 and 3690.
