cli option to delete accounts

CLI interface command to remove a account from all lists and user database.
(proably returning a list of lists the user was mod/owner off, only if a flag is set)

Expected Behavior

smypa.pl --dell-account <e-mail>
-> does what it looks like.

Current Behavior

As fare as i know theres only a "delete my Account" -Button for the user itself in the GUI.

Possible Solution

just use the "delete my account" functionality in sympa.pl.

Context

If a person leaves the organisation we want to delete the sympa account besids other accounts in other services automated, since the mail account gets deleted anyway.
