I've been using the apt-provied packages for them for ages, but the docs never mention that the apt repository hosts these binaries. I believe the docs should mention this option.
Additionally, the relaysrv was missing an entire install section like the discovery server has. I figured that it was only fair if they both had some basic instructions "where can I get them?".
