With 0.6-beta6 I get a lot of the following messages in the CiviCRM log:

Jun 01 02:30:36  [info] [de.systopia.mailingtools] Setting last Email Index to 38869

Jun 01 02:30:36  [warning] Deprecated function CRM_Core_BAO_Setting::setItem, use refer docs for correct methods https://docs.civicrm.org/dev/en/latest/framework/setting/.
