Hello! I have an issue that was brought to my attention and I have investigated and found no solution so far.
using GAMADV-XTD3 6.27.19 (from script installation on github)
CoolServer:/bin# gam user testuser add license vfe User: testuser@realdomain.realtld, License: Google-Vault-Former-Employee (Google Vault - Former Employee), Add Failed: There aren't enough available licenses for the specified product-SKU pair CoolServer:/bin# gam user testuser add license 1010340001 Temporary error: backendError - Backend Error, Backing off: 16 seconds, Retry: 4/10
Assuming Google is continuing to make changes to their backend / sku stuff and licensing, is there a new way to reclaim licenses from departed users?
