[12.0] [FIX] source strings/translations and readme

Aggiornato il README per correggere i percorsi errati, refactoring secondo la nuova struttura readme/ e __manifest__.py
Revisione generale delle stringhe del modulo in lingua inglese, sia da un punto di vista funzionale sia perché erano presenti "false friends", uniformati inoltre i termini con lo stesso significato e tradotti in inglese alcuni termini italiani.

Insoluto → Unsolved (false friend) → Past Due
Accredito → Accreditation (false friend) → Credit (Accredited → Credited)
Conto effetti → Effects Account (false friend) → Bills Account (rif. Bills of Exchange)

Salvo buon fine → Subject To Collection
Al dopo incasso → After Collection
Ricevuta bancaria → Cash Order (Ri.Ba. → C/O)
Distinta → Slip
Spese di incasso → Collection Fees
