We shouldn't log DEBUG level of atlassian.confluence, atlassian.rest_client and urllib3.connectionpool.

Re-run of #21

When a document references an image, the image gets attached to the wiki page.

Extracted a ContentConverter class, as the logic is starting to get complex there.

The images are currently not updated - see #24.
