  • Add sdk_bathymetry boolean to show underwater terrain (defaults to false)
  • Show more lake and associated water layer features at earlier zooms, including their labels
  • Restore fence and other barrier lines in the landuse layer (was incorrectly boundaries)
  • Show intermittent water in the playa style
  • Add bicycle=use_sidepath to "no-bike" styling and add custom labeling for the bike map overlay
