unsure I got your requirements exactly correct but I used your repo and made a fork and a dev branch (which I can squash, or you can cherry pick?)
I added the Repo back into the app and used Phx.Gen.Auth to create two auth pathways
I created a User Home page using Controller Views and a Admin Live Home using LiveViews
I dont exactly understand what you want to demo
do you have enough to cherry pick or use?
PS: I dont like the deadview vs liveview, I think its really unfortunate and loaded language. I am using Controller View vs Live View
