Encourage_Bot

A discord bot that encourages user to keep moving forward in life whenver they are sad or depressed.

Following are the sets of command, a user can fire to trigger the bot response

1. $inspire -> returns a random positive quote to cheer up your mood
2. If there any sad or depressing words in the message, then the bot will try to encourage you by sending encouragements.
3. $new -> add a new use generated encouragement
4. $del {i} -> it will delete the ecounragement that has index as i. ($del 1)
5. $respoding true -> it will set the bot in responding mod. 6 $responding false -> it will set the bot in silent mod, the bot will not resoponde on depressing messages

More commands will be implimented in future, accorind to the need
