Alpha Release

App should be fully functional now, just working on getting it submitted to flathub before doing the official v1.0.0 release of it.
This release is an 'alpha' to test the GitHub actions auto-builder to release to macOS and windows portable builds (failed to work, i manually included the files to download for now).
