The reason is unknown, I need to fix them all, since it is a blocker for making packages.

It fixes build the package on Debian and Ubuntu. The error was:

dch: warning:     debian/changelog(l1): found trailer where expected first heading

Can't call method "as_string" on an undefined value at /usr/share/perl5/Dpkg/Changelog.pm line 249.

Ubuntu Trusty and Debian Wheezy does not have libmosquitto-dev, so
omitted.
