PUT tdtinput not idempotent

Problem

When requesting a tdtinput/{jobname}, the response is wrapped in a "job" object. When we are going to PUT to this resource, we have to PUT the thing unwrapped.

Solution

To stay compatible, we will also accept wrapped jobs at the PUT request.
