Changes to make this code actualy compile for Azteeg X5

Don't assume every Azteeg user would use TMC2660.
Don't change the configuration files unless there's a proper reason.
I'll add the TMC2660 section to _adv when it is ready.
I'm not sure I want to disable EN pins on each and every one of the pins files just to accommodate the TMC2660. A cleaner approach is to not use the pin.
Disabling the EN pins also affects HAS_X_ENABLE macro which disables things we don't want to disable. Will need to address this properly.

Ok. But design of this drivers uses EN pin as CS in case of BSD2660. This chnage needed to make it compile (also seems like its only board this this drivers).
PS i added this config for as reference one, that can be used to compile for this board.

In current state, board works, and i can print with it. Seems like only thing is br0ken is M84 (possible related to EN pins?)
