Replaces debugging-eventlisteners.md with the new Troubleshooting page (troubleshooting.md)

Creates the Troubleshooting Tekton Triggers Page, deletes the old debugging-eventlisteners.md page, and updates links to point to the new page.
Links to the new Troubleshooting page
Deletes debugging-eventlisteners.md which has been replaced with troubleshooting.md.
