Prerequisites: Only Plex Supported

Currently, telly is intended only for use with Plex as a client.

Notably, telly does not support the Channels app. Channels requires that the full suite of APIs published by a real HDHomerun be implemented, and telly only implements a couple of them.

This may change in the future, but for now only Plex is supported.
