Add ability to configure waveform colors

I think you new default waveform color?
This will help with ui consistency with dark mode vs non dark mode.
I think the ui mode should NOT effect the waveform color.

blue waveform non darkmode

blue waveform darkmode

red waveform non darkmode

red waveform darkmide

I think it should be this way, ie waveform should still stay the same color no matter theme. Especially with #178.

I think the color picker ui could use a ui update.
