MAX6675-library is invalid, it is because sources are in a subfolder of MAX6675-library/examples instead of MAX6675-library or MAX6675-library/src

This library is work in progress and was not meant to be part of the release archive. I updated the release scripts to prevent unintentional inclusion of local files in the future.
