Upon reviewing a change request with Markdown description it displays in white on one browser (Chrome)

On another browser it renders correctly (Brave),

This leads me to believe this may be an extension issue...

In this case, the issue is due to the theme/contrast selected by the operating system. A light theme manifests the first screenshot and a dark theme manifests the second.
