Dual monitor issue with 10.9.2

Expected behavior:

1. Type in a "New Message" Mail window on second monitor
2. Use Flycut's keyboard shortcut to pull up my clipboard history and paste text from one of the items
3. The selected text is pasted into my "New Message" mail window

Actual behavior

1. Type in a "New Message" Mail window on second monitor
2. Use Flycut's keyboard shortcut to pull up my clipboard history and paste text from one of the items
3. The selected text is pasted into a mail window on my main monitor

Note: The issue also happens in Safari, Firefox and probably more. The expected behavior works in Word, TextEdit, and probably more.

I reinstall fixed the issue... For the time being.

I have the same issue. Mac OS 10.9.2, three screens, version from Mac Store

Nevermind, reinstalling didn't fix the issue. It's happening again.
